How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States. This allows us to maintain a reliable and smooth delivery experience for our customers.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping is included with every order. There are no minimums or extra steps, just a straightforward delivery experience from start to finish.

What if I need to return something?
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email support@fleurthelabel.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you’d like a different size or style, reach out to support@fleurthelabel.com and we’ll help arrange it.

When will I receive my refund?
