Refund policy
At Fleur The Label, we want you to feel confident every time you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and stress-free.
Returns
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
We do not charge any restocking fees.
To start a return, please email support@fleurthelabel.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, exchanges are available upon request. Simply contact us at support@fleurthelabel.com and we’ll assist you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction before the funds appear in your account.
